These wide and elegant 60 Square meters (645 Sq. feet) apartments can accommodate up to 4 people and infants (free if sharing bed with parents). The apartments are ideal for accommodating a small family. In addition, they are a perfect choice for a romantic stay. The apartments have an independent entrance, private terrace or patio. The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV with digital channel capability, a Safety Deposit Box and two comfortable sofa beds, which can accommodate two people. There is a separate kitchen corner equipped with refrigerator with an in build freezer, kitchen ware and a stove. The double bedroom is large and comfortable. The apartment has one bathroom (with bath/shower, bidet, and hairdryer). It is easy to book B&B, HB or FB services. Garden View and no Air conditioning.

Besides the regular services, on-demand services are available. Upon occupying an apartment, there is usually an initial supply of bed linen, towels and table linen. Thorough cleaning of the apartment is also done before one occupies an apartment (Apartments must also be left clean and tidy upon departure). Other services include private beach access with possibility of 1 umbrella and 2 sun beds per apartment with lottery on the day before, if not extracted 2 sun beds per apartment guaranteed on the free beach; sporting facilities include fitness area, football and volleyball.
